Russian Forces Launch Coordinated Assault on Kharkiv, Destroying Promsvyaz Plant

Following the attack, an air raid alert was issued, and the surrounding area was cordoned off by emergency services and fire crews working to contain the fire. As of the time of this report, there have been no confirmed casualties or injuries, but rescue operations are ongoing at the scene.
