Former US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo Joins Fire Point Advisory Board Amid Ongoing Corruption Probe

Ukrainian defense firm Fire Point, a manufacturer of long-range drones and cruise missiles, has appointed former US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo to its newly formed advisory board. The announcement was made on November 12 as the company works to bolster corporate governance and support its international growth.
Fire Point CEO Irina Terekh stated that Pompeo’s expertise will play a key role in positioning the company as a leading global player in defense technology.
“As we scale up, we want a strong and experienced advisory board to guide us,” Terekh said, describing the move as an important step toward meeting the highest international compliance and governance standards.
Pompeo will be joined by three additional experts on the board. The company’s production facility was recently visited by US Special Representative for Ukraine Keith Kellogg.
