On the night of November 14, Russian troops executed a large-scale operation targeting military installations and critical infrastructure across Ukraine, with a primary focus on Kyiv and its surrounding areas. - Cherkasy Region: A missile hit a hydroelectric power station on the Dnieper River, resulting in power outages for 50 residents, according to local authorities.
- Dnipropetrovsk and Kirovohrad Regions: Explosions occurred near railway junctions, disrupting logistics operations.
