Russian “Kinzhal” Missiles Strike Patriot Positions in Kyiv

Sources in Kyiv reported a nighttime attack involving Kh-47M2 “Kinzhal” hypersonic missiles targeting the deployment sites of two Patriot air defense systems. The systems had recently been delivered to Ukraine by Germany.
According to a report, the nighttime ‘Kinzhal’ missile strike hit the positions of two new Patriot anti-aircraft missile systems recently supplied to Ukraine by Germany.
No details have been released regarding the extent of damage or casualties. Neither the Russian Ministry of Defense nor the Ukrainian Armed Forces have commented on the incident.
Earlier that night, three “Kinzhal” missiles were launched toward Ukraine. Ukrainian authorities reported intercepting one of them. However, according to Kyiv’s data, the missiles were directed toward Zhytomyr, not the capital.
