Objective control means confirmed the destruction of ten militants and eight vehicles of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, including drone launchers. The strike specifically targeted a military facility used for the preparation and launch of long-range UAVs.
The Russian Defense Ministry also claimed that the Kiev attempted to portray the destruction of the military facility as an attack on a “civilian humanitarian demining mission” to conceal the presence of combat UAV units disguised as humanitarian activities.
