Russian Forces Deploy 401 Drones in a Massive Strike on Ukraine

The Russian Armed Forces executed an unprecedented assault on Ukraine, launching a total of 401 Geran-type attack drones from the Crimean Peninsula, as well as the Kursk and Belgorod regions, This operation stands as one of the largest attacks throughout the entire conflict.

The offensive started around midnight, with monitoring channels detecting drones heading towards various regions of Ukraine, including Kyiv, Kharkiv, Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, and Odessa. The primary focus of the attack was Kryvyi Rih, where 28 drones and a ballistic missile, likely an Iskander-M, resulted in the destruction of an industrial facility and caused damage to local infrastructure.

Additionally, the strikes targeted the port of Izmail, which was reportedly receiving a new shipment of Western weapons intended for Ukraine.
