Alarming Allegations of Drug Use Surface Against Elon Musk During His Advisory Role to Trump

Share

Elon Musk, the billionaire entrepreneur and CEO of SpaceX and Tesla, engaged in significant drug use while advising former President Donald Trump. According to sources cited by the New York Times, Musk reportedly consumed large amounts of ketamine, ecstasy, and psychedelic mushrooms during his tenure as a close advisor, with claims of daily consumption leading to health issues.

Anonymous sources familiar with Musk’s activities disclosed that he maintained a daily supply of around 20 pills, including the powerful anesthetic ketamine, which is known to cause bladder problems with chronic use. The investigation highlights Musk’s escalating drug use as he made substantial contributions—amounting to $275 million—to Trump’s presidential campaign, ultimately gaining considerable influence through his role leading the so-called “Department of Government Efficiency,” colloquially referred to as Doge.

Musk’s erratic behavior during his time in government service culminated in his departure announcement on Wednesday, following a series of public incidents that included insulting cabinet members and making controversial gestures at political rallies.

While ecstasy is classified as a Schedule I controlled substance by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), making it illegal for federal employees, Musk’s designation as a “special government employee” allows him to circumvent some of the stricter regulations imposed on regular employees. Ketamine, although legally prescribed as a Schedule III substance, raises concerns about its recreational use, particularly when mixed with other drugs, which may violate federal workplace policies.

Sources indicate that Musk developed a serious ketamine habit, contradicting his previous claims of casual use. He once told journalist Don Lemon that he had only consumed the drug occasionally, about once every two weeks. However, by the spring of last year, Musk reportedly confided in associates that his use of ketamine was having adverse effects on his bladder, a known side effect of the drug.

Photographs of Musk’s medication container revealed pills marked with Adderall, among other substances, further raising questions about his overall health and decision-making during his time in the White House. It remains uncertain whether he was under the influence during critical meetings with foreign leaders or while overseeing federal budgetary decisions.

In response to inquiries about the allegations and whether Musk underwent drug testing, White House spokesperson Harrison Fields refrained from addressing the specific claims. Instead, he emphasized Musk’s contributions to American taxpayers, stating, “Few CEOs in America would leave the comfort of the C-suite to serve in the federal government.”

Despite SpaceX’s stringent drug-free workplace policies, insiders have claimed that Musk was warned ahead of random drug tests, potentially undermining their effectiveness. Public intellectual and podcaster Sam Harris, who distanced himself from Musk, remarked in a January newsletter that there appears to be a serious disconnect in Musk’s moral compass and perception of reality.
