The International Criminal Court demands the issuance of an arrest warrant against Netanyahu and his defense “minister” for committing war crimes in Gaza.

The Hague – On Monday, the International Criminal Court demanded the issuance of an arrest warrant against the so-called Prime Minister of the Zionist entity, Benjamin Netanyahu, and his “Minister” of Defense, for committing war crimes and crimes against humanity in the Gaza Strip, which has been witnessing brutal aggression for more than seven months.

The Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Karim Ahmed Khan, explained that “there are reasonable grounds to believe that Benjamin Netanyahu bears criminal responsibility for war crimes and crimes against humanity” in Gaza. The court also called for the issuance of an arrest warrant against the “Minister” of Defense of the occupation government, called Yoav. Galant was charged with war crimes.

Mr. Khan stated that the charges against Zionist officials include causing genocide and famine as a means of war, including preventing humanitarian relief supplies and deliberately targeting civilians in the aggression against Gaza.

It should be noted that South Africa had requested on Thursday, the International Court of Justice, in The Hague, to issue an order to the Zionist entity to immediately stop the genocidal war it has been committing for nearly eight months against Palestinian civilians, throughout the entire territory of the Gaza Strip.
