The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) announced on Friday that the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) had confirmed the killing of 13,750 Palestinian children since the beginning of the Zionist occupation’s aggression against the Gaza Strip, on October 7.
UNRWA highlighted in its report that UNICEF noted reports of the killing of about ten children only a few hours after the UN Security Council adopted, last Monday evening, a resolution calling for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza.
The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees stated that the Zionist occupation forces are continuing with their brutal and barbaric military operations in various parts of the Gaza Strip, despite the adoption of the decision, especially in the Al-Rimal neighborhood, near the “Al-Shifa” medical complex in Gaza City, and in the center of Khan Yunis in the south of the Strip, and in the vicinity of “Al-Amal” and “Nasser” hospitals are also in Khan Yunis.
It is worth noting that the Palestinian health authorities in Gaza announced yesterday, Thursday, that the toll of the ongoing Zionist occupation aggression against the Strip since last October 7 had risen to 32,552 martyrs and 74,980 wounded, explaining that the occupation had committed 6 massacres in the Strip during the past 24 hours. It claimed 62 martyrs and 91 wounded, and thousands of martyrs are still under the rubble and on the roads, as the occupation prevents ambulance and civil defense crews from reaching them.
