United States: call for The Million Man March to demand an end to the Zionist aggression against Gaza

WASHINGTON – Palestinian, Arab and Islamic institutions in the United States on Wednesday called on members of the Arab-Muslim community and activists from all states to participate widely in the million-person march planned for next Saturday in Washington , to “demand an immediate and permanent ceasefire in the Gaza Strip”.

In a statement cited by the Wafa news agency, the initiators of this action added that the march will also be an opportunity to call on the American government to put an end to its financial and military support for the Zionist entity and to call for the prosecution of Zionist leaders before international judicial authorities.

The same source stressed that for the success of this street action the initiators of the march have provided means of transport from all American states to Liberty Square in Washington.

As a reminder, numerous marches and demonstrations of solidarity with the Palestinian people have been held so far in several American cities. Several letters and petitions of denunciation have also been addressed by human rights defenders to the high American authorities, with the aim of acting to force the Zionist entity to halt its murderous madness against the Palestinians.

According to Palestinian health authorities, the death toll from the Zionist aggression against the Gaza Strip and the occupied West Bank rose on Tuesday evening to 23,210 martyrs and 59,167 wounded.
