Algeria-European Union: Emphasizing the importance of intensifying cooperation relations in all fields

Algeria – The President of the European Union Commission in Algeria, Mr. Thomas Eckhardt, stressed today, Tuesday, the importance of intensifying cooperation relations between the two sides (Algeria and the European Union), with the need to explore additional ways for new projects in all fields.

In a statement to the press after his reception by the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, Mr. Eckardt said that the talks with President Tebboune “were very rich and addressed issues of common interest between Algeria and the European Union,” highlighting that “the Algerian-European agenda presents many opportunities to achieve “More in-depth relationships in the future.”

The head of the European Union Commission in Algeria indicated that “it was agreed to intensify relations in all fields, including commercial, social, security and political,” adding that the two parties “agreed to discuss additional ways for new projects in all relevant fields.”
